My husband and I decided last minute to head out on an adventure for our 23rd anniversary. We searched online for a special airfare deal and then found an all inclusive deal in that same city. We booked the trip to Puerto Vallarta just a week before we left!
Once we arrived at the airport, we had some time to kill before we could check in and so we spent some time talking with the gentleman at the time share counter. We ended up with free cab rides, a recommendation for a hole in the wall taco shop in town, a free tour to Hidden Beach, and a free couples massage, I’d say we made out pretty well! The 2 hour tour of the time share took 5, but we knew that wold happen. 🙂

We especially enjoyed our tour to Hidden Beach. We met a nice couple from Switzerland and shared a cab to and from our hotel to the Marina. Unfortunately, it looks like tour is no longer available as the island is closed for ECO testing.

We may go back some day, but we would stay in the city next time, so we could get some more local food without having to take a cab.

It was a great anniversary trip!
