We flew in late at night and had a driver waiting for us. We were staying at a school outside of town. As the driver took us there we cast glances at each other wondering if we had made a mistake. It was pouring rain and we were headed down some rickety dirt roads. But it all worked out and we had a wonderful delicious meal waiting for us! The rooster at 4am and no A/C was a bit more than we bargained for. So we only spent two nights at the school.

We toured and toured and toured temples. And even got up early to catch the sunrise of Angor Wat. Despite the cloud coverage, it was a fun experience. We even saw a monkey! We got wonderful, hour long $3 massages here, our first of many on this trip. How can you not, right?!?! We even got “fish massage” too!

Our last night we went to see Phare, the Cambodian Circus. And then ended with a late night snack of snakes, spiders and crickets. Surprisingly, not so bad.
