Having been before, we knew we wanted to stay in Hahei. We drove to Cathedral Cove, and Hot Water Beach, most hotels provide a small shovel to bring with you so you can dig your own hot tub. It’s such a beautiful place! We hiked around and enjoyed the ocean and the trees and then soaked in the hot spring water at Hot Water Beach. The next day was on to Auckland to catch our flight to Sydney.
