We flew in, grabbed our rental and head right to the Weta Cave Workshop. Our daughter being a big Lord of the Rings fan, she wanted to check out Peter Jacksons workshop. You can’t take pictures inside but the tour was awesome, and we enjoyed the store as well, where we could take pics.

Then we followed our GPS, even after we had no service, and found Pinnacles. There was no one else around and we enjoyed our time hiking and exploring. We made it back to the car just as the sun set.
